Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer weight-based shipping rates calculated at checkout. Standard rates apply. Expedited Shipping rates may differ.

Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at twigsandthings@netzero.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
